UniCredit to debut today on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Starting from today, December 20th, UniCredit ordinary shares will be traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
"We are very proud to debut at the WSE, the leading stock exchange in Central Eastern Europe", said Alessandro Profumo, CEO of UniCredit. "This is a further sign of our commitment to Poland as a core country for UniCredit Group", he added. "We remain very focused on Poland as one of our major home markets and we look forward to strengthening our role as a reliable and long term investor".
UniCredit is by far the leading bank in the CEE-region in terms of total assets, customers and number of branches.
UniCredit will list all the outstanding ordinary shares which are already floated in Milan and Frankfurt.
