UniCredit and Tikehau Capital Advisors are pleased to announce that they are discussing a strategic partnership, with the aim to combine the unique expertise developed by Tikehau Capital Advisors, in terms of origination and management of credit assets, and the Pan-European reach of UniCredit.
In this respect, such strategic partnership would include also the acquisition of a minority stake into Tikehau Capital Advisors, with subsequent UniCredit's representation in the board company.
