The UniCredit Corporate Governance, HR and Nomination Committee held today has been carrying on the analisys to define the professional profile and the composition of the Board. The Committee has defined a proposal concerning the criteria to reach an optimal composition of the Board, from both a qualitative and quantitative standpoint, that will be submitted to the Board itself.
