According to the edition of 2012 CSR Online Awards study, UniCredit is confirmed with the fifth position in the Italian ranking and sixth in the European one. UniCredit is in the highest position among the financial institutions ranking.
In the Italian ranking, UniCredit's best achievement is the capability to promptly respond to requests from users, (best performer in Dialogue & Contacts).
This result confirms the right path taken by the Group in maintaining high the quality of the sustainability's contents and at the same time exploiting the potential offered by the web to favour the ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders.
The study, conducted annually by Lundquist, a strategic communications consultancy specialising in online corporate communications, uses an evaluation protocol of 68 criteria, containing 112 different parameters. The evaluation criteria are based on an annual survey sent to CSR manager of companies and professionals, sector experts, stakeholder representatives included in the study. The 400 responses are supplemented by an analysis of third-party surveys that throw light on the requirement of audiences such as consumers and employees.
The results, including the Italian ranking, were officially presented in the Lundquist CSR Online Awards Seminar 2012, that took place in Turin on the 8-9 November 2012, bringing together representatives from more than 50 European companies across Europe, to discuss the latest trends in online CSR communications and reporting.
