Therefore I am especially proud of this recognition of our cash management services from our clients. For a number of years now, we have been focusing on providing customer satisfaction on a daily basis. This is evaluated through regular interviews with our customers. Our service models and decision-making structures are geared towards this and customer satisfaction is a key component when we are developing new products. This recent poll from Euromoney, and the awards granted to our Group, confirm our strong conviction that we should continue along this path."
