Unicredit Services: management change


As part of the strategic evolution of the company, UniCredit announces a change in the management of Unicredit Services, the global operational service company of the Group.


UniCredit has designated Daniele Tonella as candidate for the role of CEO within the company.  This nomination will be submitted for approval in the next Board of Directors' meeting of Unicredit Services, scheduled for 16th January 2017.


Paolo Cederle, who resigned today from the role of CEO, and from the Group, with effect from 15 January 2017, will assure operational continuity of the company and a smooth transition phase up until the placement of the new nomination.


UniCredit thanks Paolo Cederle for his achievements whilst at the helm of US since its creation in January 2012.
