UniCredit Leasing sold non performing credit portfolio to MBCredit Solution SpA

UniCredit announces it concluded today an agreement with MBCredit Solutions SpA (Legal Entity of Mediobanca Group) in relation to the disposal a portfolio relating of Leasing residual claims with a gross book value of approximately €250 million unsecured.

 

The impact will be reflected in the fourth quarter 2017 financial report.

 

The sale is part of UniCredit Group's Transform 2019 plan on-going activities to sell non-core assets and strengthen its risk profile.
