In line with the communication made on June 1st, 2017, today UniCredit has completed the disposal of the participations in Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA and Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion SP. Z O.O to Bank Pekao.
The closing of the transactions generates a positive net impact for UniCredit of about €105 million on the consolidated Profit & Loss and almost 3 bps on the consolidated CET1 ratio.
The two transactions announced today, together with the disposal of Pekao Pioneer PTE SA that occurred in October, conclude the disposal of the asset management activities held by UniCredit in Poland, in line with Transform 2019.
