On 9 May 2018 the UniCredit Board approved the creation of a Transformation Office. This structure will be led by a newly appointed Group Chief Transformation Officer (GCTO), Ms. Finja Carolin Kuetz. She will report to Jean Pierre Mustier, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Gianni Franco Papa, General Manager (GM), and support them in driving and shaping the Transformation of the Group. In her new function, Finja Carolin Kuetz will be in charge of identifying new transformation initiatives to further support the One Bank One UniCredit culture.
Thanks to the tangible Transform 2019 results already achieved, the Group will explore additional options to successfully support the transformation of the Group.

Ms. Finja Carolin Kuetz will join UniCredit as a Senior Executive Vice President and Group Chief Transformation Officer in October 2018.
As GCTO Finja Carolin Kuetz will be fully involved in the main strategic decision making processes of the Group and will be a member of the Executive Management Committee (EMC) and Group Risk & Internal Control Committee (GR&ICC).
Finja Carolin Kuetz joined Oliver Wyman, a leading strategic management consultancy, in 1997. She has spent her whole career with the company, in roles of growing responsibility and in 2015 was appointed CEO for Germany and Austria.
