The Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank Russia has approved the candidacy of Andrea Diamanti for the position of Deputy CEO, Member of the Management Board, subject to Bank of Russia approval.
Andrea Diamanti, currently Head of CEE Corporate and Investment Banking and Private Banking at UniCredit, will replace Graziano Cameli, who will be appointed Head of CEE Business Development.
Fabio Fornaroli, currently Head of CIB Multinational Clients at UniCredit Bank Austria, will be appointed Head of CEE Corporate and Investment Banking and Private Banking at UniCredit, replacing Andrea Diamanti.

Managerial changes will be in effect from January 1, 2020 for Fabio Fornaroli and Graziano Cameli. Andrea Diamanti will formally start the position later in January subject to Bank of Russia approval.
