Press release pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 (Regolamento Emittenti)

 

In relation to the partial non-proportional and asymmetric demerger of Unicredit Services S.C.p.A. in favor of UniCredit S.P.A., the decision taken by the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. on July 9th  2019 resolving on the approval of the above transaction as set forth by Articles 2506-ter and  2505-bis of the Italian Civil Code and 23.3 of the Articles of Association and registered in the competent Companies Register on 11 July 2019 has been made available to the public today pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99. (Regolamento Emittenti)
