UniCredit has so far disbursed over one billion euro to 47,000 Italian SMEs, that have applied for a state guaranteed loan of up to 25,000 euros following the Italian liquidity decree. The bank has strengthened and accelerated the process for loans applied for through the state guarantee scheme, speeding up the disbursement by anticipating the guarantee from the Central Fund.
