New UniCredit University launched, with first pilot in Italy

  • UniCredit University will deliver best in class professional training for all employees group wide.
  • The MBA-style programme will support employees in their professional growth, with a focus on developing core skills in order to build a workforce fit for the future.
  • This first pilot in Italy will focus on four key areas: People, Business, Risk and Training by role
  • The Italy pilot has been developed in collaboration with the Luiss Business School.
  • Training will be delivered virtually and in person, with classrooms distributed across seven UniCredit training centres.

 

 

Today, UniCredit is pleased to launch the UniCredit University, with the first pilot programme, UniCredit University Italy, in Turin. Following this, UniCredit University will then be rolled out across all of UniCredit's markets, ensuring that all employees are empowered to develop their professional skills and adapt to an everchanging world.

 

UniCredit University is designed to enable all partcipants to unlock their full potential and ability, learning critical skills that will support them in their career for the long-term. With a focus on both re-skilling and upskilling participants, it will build a workforce that is agile, resilient and fit for the future. The programme will leverage UniCredit's existing relationships with world-class institutions to provide the very best teaching and learning facilities. It has been designed and developed in collaboration with Luiss Business School and will offer over 100 different learning paths to employees.

The new Unicredit University Italy is divided into four areas of competence: People, Business, Risk and Training by role, selected because of their relevance to each and every function across UniCredit. The programme will be delivered virtually and in person, by experts selected from inside and outside the bank.

 

This will be delivered  through the creation of seven training centres in each of the regions where the bank operates and around 70 training points and classrooms across Italy.
