Zagrebačka banka sells non performing credit portfolio to SVEA EKONOMI d.o.o. as well as reached an agreement for a two-years forward flow disposal channel

 

UniCredit announces that, through member of UniCredit Group Zagrebačka banka d.d., it concluded an agreement in relation to the disposal on a non-recourse basis (pro-soluto) of a portfolio composed of retail mortgages and consumer receivables with the locally-licensed Croatian financial enterprise SVEA EKONOMI d.o.o..

 

The portfolio consists entirely of loans contracted in Croatian market and has a total claim value of approximately EUR 64.8 million.

Moreover, Zagrebačka banka d.d. has signed with SVEA EKONOMI d.o.o. an agreement for a 2 years forward flow program on the new NPL inflows stemming from the Consumer unsecured segment.

 

The portfolio sale and the forward flows agreement are part of the overall UniCredit Group's on-going strategy to reduce non-performing exposure ("NPE").

 

The impact of the portfolio sale is reflected in second quarter 2022 accounts, while for Forward flow it will be reflected in next 2 years.
