UniCredit announces that Ms Jayne Anne Gadhia, independent member of UniCredit's Board of Directors, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
Ms Gadhia has declared that her decision to resign from her role is due to new professional ventures with significant time commitment.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Pier Carlo Padoan, also on behalf of the entire Board of Directors and the CEO and the Board of Statutory Auditors, wish her well in these new endeavours and thank her for her contribution to the Board of Directors, the Remuneration Committee where she was Chairwoman and to the Corporate Governance &Nomination Committee in her role as member.
Ms Gadhia will continue to support the Bank as a Senior Advisor.
