This is to inform you that the new Articles of Association, modified by the Shareholders' Meeting of 31 March 2023 - filed and registered in the Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Trade and Companies Register respectively on 11 and 13 April 2023 - has been published and is available on the Company's website www.unicreditgroup.eu/articles-association as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. (www.emarketstorage.com) and it is available to shareholders at the Company's Registered Office in Milan.
