UniCredit S.p.A. confirms that the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A., as part of its selection process

 

to identify candidates to be included in the list, which the Board will submit for its renewal to the 2024

 

Annual General Meeting, has selected Egon Zehnder and SpencerStuart to support the Corporate

 

Governance & Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors in the search for potential candidates.
