UniCredit S.p.A. informs that, following the today's release of the Notice of Call of Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 12 April 2024, the new Article 20 of the Articles of Association, as approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 27 October 2023, is now applicable.
The new Articles of Association was filed in the Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Trade and Companies Register on 1 March 2024, published on the Company website (www.unicreditgroup.eu/ArticlesofAssociation) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. (www.emarketstorage.it/en), as well as available to Shareholders at the Company Registered Office in Milan.
