Placement of shares of Banco de Sabadell

 

 

 

 

UniCredit S.p.A. ("UniCredit") informs that it has launched the placing of no. 38,760,548 shares of Banco de Sabadell, S.A., equal to approximately 3.23005% of the share capital of such company and representing the entire stake currently held by UniCredit.

 

Such placing will be carried out by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG through an Accelerated Bookbuilding Offer addressed only to Institutional Investors.

 

UniCredit will provide the market with information on the terms of the transaction upon completion.
