Social Dialogue
At UniCredit, we believe that social dialogue contributes to value creation over the time, by strenghtening our capability of collaboration, of listening and understanding of national and international needs in the labour matter.
Our continuous commitment, aimed at improving constantly the social dialogue's level in every geography of the Group, led in 2007 to the creation of an international body, the European Works Council (EWC), composed by the workers' representatives of Countries where UniCredit is present.
