Merger of Family Credit Network into UniCredit

The Board of Directors of UniCredit approved in its meeting of last 27th March the merger of Family Credit Network into UniCredit.

The transaction is designed to reorganize the financing activities of loans on salary.

Bank of Italy gave its authorization on the merger plan on June 4th 2012.

The shareholders' meeting of the incorporated company resolved on the merger on July 31 2012 ; whereas UniCredit Board of directors (pursuant to section 2505 of the Italian Civil Code) resolved on it  on  August., 3 rd  2012. The merger will become effective as of November 1, 2012.
