MERGER PLAN OF PIONEER GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT S.P.A. IN UNICREDIT S.P.A.
The Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. approved in its meeting of last 8th June 2017 the merger plan of Pioneer Global Asset Management S.P.A. into UniCredit S.p.A..
The European Central Bank gave its authorization to the mentioned transaction on 9 August 2017.
The merger has been approved by the Board of Directors of Pioneer Global Asset Management S.p.A on September 20th 2017 and, pursuant to article 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and article 23 of the Articles of Association, by the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. on September 21th 2017.
The merger is expected to become effective on November 1th 2017.
