UniCredit has further strengthened its leading role in facilitating the Superbonus 110% government scheme that offers tax benefits for those making energy and seismic upgrades to buildings in Italy, thanks to a recent agreement with PwC TLS that makes the process even faster and easier.

Following the agreement, UniCredit and PWC TLS are launching a digital platform offering consulting services on technical and fiscal aspects of all the phases of the process. The platform significantly speeds up the application process by analysing and verifying all document required by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and the Italian Revenue Agency.

Andrea Casini and Remo Taricani, UniCredit Co-CEOs of Commercial Banking Italy, said: “The agreement with PwC TLS further strengthens UniCredit’s offer of ‘ecobonus’ and ‘sismabonus’ and simplifies access to the tax benefits announced by the Italian Government. Our aim is to support the restart of a fundamental sector of the country’s economy, as well as back crucial building redevelopment projects. UniCredit took immediate action to give customers the opportunity to benefit these fiscal advantages.”
