Economia... Ti diamo noi una lezione!
UniCredit supports the Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori, which will launch the first edition of the award "Economia... Ti diamo noi una lezione!" ("The economy... We will give you a lesson") during the school year 2012-2013. This award is addressed to all the classes that participate in the initiative "Il Quotidiano in classe" ("The Newspaper in the Classroom").
The aim of the award is to bring the younger generation closer to the real economy so that it can develop a more mature approach to the future. This project will stimulate an awareness of reality among the next generation.
The Group collaboration with the Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori derives from the common aim to prepare students better for the complexities of the adult world by acquiring better knowledge of the present economy.
The children will read the newspapers together with their teachers, who will have additional didactic materials. Together they will choose articles about selected economic topics and will then prepare their "own lesson", which can be a video, a brochure or a strip cartoon.
