For the fifth consecutive year, UniCredit supports one of journalism's most highly anticipated events
UniCredit will support the International Journalism Festival as its main partner for the fifth consecutive year, after more than 30,000 visitors attended the 2011 event. The sixth annual festival will be held from this April 25 to 29 in Perugia, Italy.
The program for this year's festival was presented yesterday morning at a press conference held in the European Commission Representation offices in Rome.
Every year, the festival attracts some of the biggest names in international journalism, in addition to influential players in the economic and financial sectors. Over the course of five days, the event provides a platform for audience participation, free of charge, in a series of meetings, discussions and presentations on timely topics.
Although news reporting is the festival's primary focus, the event also provides ample opportunities to discuss innovations in communication, as well as to share insights on new forms of expression that influence the way we communicate with one another.
As part of its collaboration with the festival, UniCredit has organized a series of panels on April 27 and 28.
Professionals, young talent and the curious will come together over five days to listen, learn and share in a journalistic culture at the highest level.
