There are only two weeks left to see The Great Magic: Selected Work from the UniCredit Art Collection at MAMbo, the Museum of Modern Art of Bologna.
On Sunday, February 16, the museum will close the exhibition, which explores the theme of magic in art and history as illustrated through 90 works from the UniCredit Art Collection, spanning from the 14th century to the present. So far, more than 15,500 visitors have viewed the show.
The UniCredit Art Collection was described as one of the major corporate art collections in Europe by A Celebration of Corporate Art Programmes Worldwide, a recently published book by Peter Harris and Shirley Reiff Howarth, based on their research of over 100 companies around the world.
Over the years, our Group has shared its important cultural assets by making loans to prominent museums as well as by staging exhibitions in many of the countries where we live and work.
The collection aptly represents the identity of the Group as a whole because it comprises the collections of all of the banks that were brought together to form UniCredit as we now know it.
By sharing our cultural heritage, we become closer to our communities. The Great Magic marks another successful Group initiative intended to present culture and art to a wider new public.
