The health and well-being of employees and customers is UniCredit's top priority.
UniCredit has taken further measures to protect the health of clients and staff by reducing physical contacts in its networks in Germany and Austria, in line with indications from local governments and health authorities.
Personal advisory services in the branches will be reduced and concentrated in the most frequently visited locations only. An updated overview of branches and their respective opening hours can be found in the branch finder tools of each country.
At the same time, UniCredit has taken decisive action to guarantee service coverage for its clients by significantly strengthening its multi-channel offer to guarantee the full range of remote advisory and banking services. UniCredit clients can retrieve all relevant information on products and services and perform all main banking activities in a simple, fast and secure way through multiple remote channels including internet banking, the UniCredit Mobile Banking App and telephone banking.
Consultation services via phone, videocalls and Skype calls will be significantly expanded.
Self-service zones in the entire branch networks will remain available 24/7, seven days a week.
Regular access to all safety deposit boxes will be ensured in the relevant branches.
The Group will continue to actively monitor the situation, always act in everyone's best interests and do the right thing vis à vis all its stakeholders!
