At UniCredit, our long-term commitment this cause is reflected in a comprehensive approach to challenging bias, aggression, and stereotypes at all levels of the organisation. By investing in culture and education, we create tangible benefits for our communities, fostering a more equitable and inclusive society. Some of our key actions include:

-      Implementation of clear workplace policy against Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Bullying and Anti-Retaliation ensuring the prevention, detection, enforcement, and ongoing monitoring of such behaviours, protecting employees and third parties from acts of retaliation.

-      Access to direct and personalised psychological support through high-quality consultation services for both professional and personal matters.

-      Continuous education of our people on the DE&I principles, as well as the topic of unconscious biases. This is to reinforce a safe, positive, and barrier-free working environment.

-      Financial education for women empowerment breaking gender stereotypes and preventing any form of economic abuse or violence, including workshops dedicated to women and how to manage money and become more aware and independent, as well as programmes dedicated to high school students to foster the development of financial, entrepreneurial sustainability skills, facilitating the school-to-work transition.
