UniCredit named Best Bank in Italy and Best Bank in CEE and Best Investment Bank in Germany
UniCredit once again secures prestigious awards as it clinches the title of Best Bank in Italy from two prominent financial publications, Global Finance and EMEA Finance. These recognitions add to those already received in the latter half of 2023 from The Banker, Financial Times group, and Euromoney, reaffirming its renewed leadership position in Italy.

- In the category HR and Learning with the initiative "Talento Diffuso'' (Learning & Development) - a massive training campaign to enhance the unique and distinctive skills of all colleagues
- In the category Payments with ''UC Pay FX'', a product offering instant exchange from the euro to more than 110 currencies, available on all the bank's channels for all customers.

UniCredit University awarded in first position with prestigious ABI Prize for Innovation in Banking in the category of "innovation for the dissemination of corporate culture and skills development". Top Employer in Europe 2024
UniCredit celebrates being named Top Employer in Europe for the eighth year in a row with local Top Employer certifications achieved by the Bank in Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and Serbia as well as by the Group's branch in Poland.
First pan-European bank to achieve Global EDGE Certification
The award was granted for the significant progress UniCredit has made in the field of gender equity and inclusion. The Group's banks in Hungary, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia and Serbia have obtained EDGE certification, which has already been achieved in Italy, Germany and Austria.

Product of the Year 2022
UniCredit My Genius Green sustainable bank account was named Product of the Year 2022, following the outcome of a market research carried out on 12,000 Italian consumers by IRI (Official Italian Research Institute).
